Worse service experience ever. Stopped to have two sandwiches for lunch with the intention to continue skiing after. We arrived around 2:40p and just left now at 4p without the sandwiches ever showing up. The waitress Lindsey never came back to apologize or refresh our drinks while we waited for more than 1hr. I had to get up and look for the hostess Denise who was the only one who was very apologetic. She checked on the food but didn't tell us when it would be ready. At that point the order had been in 39minutes as confirmed by the computer. 20 minutes later, no sandwiches or waitress to be see . I got up again to find the hostess, who again was very apologetic. She said she would go get the manager. Meanwhile we got up to leave and the waitress came over at that point. I told her that we didn't feel we should pay for the 2 beers ($9) we had since we just wasted our last chance to ski. She said it didn't matter and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager finally arrived and she said that "it happens". I asked "what happens? waiting 1hr for 2 sandwiches ?" And she said yes. She tried to excuse it with reggae weekend. She was less than apologetic and actually told me that it was ok for us to leave and with her hand showed us the door. I didn't have to pay the $9 for the two beers which would have added insult to injury of she had asked. I would say, avoid this place if you can. 42 North in the hotel served us right away.

Slow slow slow slow slow service. Mediocre food. The Bag is a much better choice if you want to actually eat in less than an hour

I've been a loyal Geppeto's customer for a long time. But ownership has changed, prices have gone up, and. I just ate at the Sushi Bar at Geppeto's and it was a significant falloff from what the sushi used to be. Dinner in the regular restaurant a month ago was okay, but the sushi restaurant is off my list now.

This restaurant is delicious. I had a huge Cobb salad that I couldn't even finish, complete with all the fixings, and my boyfriend had the filet. The sides that came with his were out of this world, and he couldn't stop raving about it. The staff is super friendly and funny too!! Highly recommend!!

Had lunch here yesterday after we were done skiing for the day. It was the only place that didn't have a crazy wait at 1pm. The drinks were tasty and reasonable strong. I had the grilled cheese with fries and thought it was very good. Everyone that I was with enjoyed their good. The main drawback of this place is the sub-par service.

Ate a late lunch/early dinner here after skiing. There was no wait. Ambience: Love the sun room with live plants everywhere and the model ships! Service: was friendly but forgot orders, brought wrong drinks and chatted us up to compensate. Our waitress had a habit of touching her hair and I spotted another waitress picking her teeth then a few minutes later eating popcorn out of her hand. They need some hygiene training on mountain here. Food: NOTE Sushi is not available from the main dining area - it is a separate restaurant and that is disappointing. Friends ordered bruschetta and crab cakes which they both finished without fanfare. BF and I split seafood chowder which was soupy but tasted like it should with large potato chunks. The main course was much of the same - nothing fantastic at resort prices. The garden salad has chopped celery and green bell peppers - for those of us who dislike these particular garden items.

The BBQ chicken sandwich really hit the spot. Our server Lindsay was great and gave excellent recommendations.

Very disappointingly bland food for all 4 varied dishes we had. Lobster shrimp bisque was the worst I ever had and Luke warm. Service was very accommodating is the only reason giving any stars. The Bag was much better food.

New chef.... cheeseburger soup is no longer the same. Whomp whomp whomp.... Keep your carrots and celery and give me my gluten back! Please bring back the old cheeseburger soup recipe and let "Tiger" remain a legend here!

Restaurant has changed owners. Meal was fair, service slow. Sure wish it was the old Gepettos. Don't need to be a regular this season.

There are two sides to Gepetto's: regular restaurant and a sushi bar Sushi Bar: good food, very busy during peak dinner times, service is OK but not great, seating can be hard to get as this side is pretty small compared to the restaurant.. Had the spicy salmon, spicy hamachi and special roll Firecracker. All were good and made right in front of you. First time I have ever seen a non-Asian sushi chef but everything tasted good to me! Restaurant: very good food, very attentive waitstaff, busy but not too loud, pricey but not over the top for probably the nicest restaurant on the mountain. Decent value for price and what you get. They were out of cheeseburger soup, which I wanted to try...

Great on-mountain hangout for locals and skiers "from away." For being 2 hours from the coast, they somehow manage to have very fresh seafood. Great bar area where you can be comfortable having a cocktail or a full meal. They even have a sushi bar. It can be crowded during ski season, but what good restaurant isn't when it's right at the base of the mountain?

I was a bit skeptical about this place at first upon hearing the name. It might seem like this is an Italian restaurant but that is not so. The wait was about five minutes not long at all but it was good to know that it was a popular place. Our waitress, Lynda was wonderful. She was funny, witty, smart. In all honesty i felt a connection. But back to the food i had the Chicken Quesadilla and it was to die for. I original ordered the vegetarian one because it was the only one on the menu but Lynda let me know about the chicken one. Gosh, she just got me, you know? The refills were prompt and i got great costumer service. another table was actually chanting Lynda's name. We ordered the Reese's peanut butter pie for dessert and Lynda cleared the table for us and we dug in. It was to die for! Even after we finished our food we were still given refills for our water. I mean it wasn't Lynda so at first we were a little nervous but it was still a nice sentiment. This place was amazing and not just because of Lynda though wow she is just la creme de la creme. I will forever remember this place as the crown jewel of my ski trip and i will surely be coming back to this mountain next time i ski to eat at this place and to see Lynda!
